At Lakdiva Foods we bring the services to you.
Buffets and Banquet Services are available for larger group events with a 33% service charge.
Buffet meals are always charged individually per portion including the Desserts and Fruit Salads
example 1 meal rice and curry 1 serving of Dessert Fruit Salad and ice cream. $11.99 + $3.50 Multiply the
number of invitees which will give you and idea how the meals are charged then add the applicable service charge
and delivery.
35% Reservation deposit is required one month prior to the event for events over 100 guests and the total
amount due is payable on the day before your events. You may increase your numbers up to 48 hours of event.
All numbers are final 72 hours prior to event there is absolutely no exceptions.
On site serving and cleanup is provided for an additional fee (charged by the hour) and not included in the 33%
service charge includes tax.
- Payment: We are flexible with your menu choices a standard quotation is presented to suit your needs A contract
will be completed for events over 75 guests. A $250.00 reservation fee is charged for events requiring above
300 group serving. The final payment is due the day before event additional charges to be billed the very next
day. Unpaid balances will accrue 15% interest until the balance is paid in full.
Finalization and cut off: 72 hours prior to event. Absolutely no cancellation of any sort will be accepted with out
penalty. Add ons are honored 24 hrs to the event.
- please remember our staff is there at your request to make your event run smoothly , please be courteous and
polite to them as they are not your servants.
on site hopper prep fee is at a flat rate of $100 up to 6 hours and charged additionally if the service extends
beyond.
Cloth Table Linen, Porcelain plates, Silver ware, Chaffing Dishes, Dessert Cups and Spoons require a separate
deposit and charged per quantity. Included in the full service cover on all on site events. Delivery fee is free on
all on site events
Regular orders are subject to an 10% Service Charge and $25 - 35.00 delivery charge with an order minimum of
15. In town local deliveries are $10.00. The service charge may vary for out of area deliveries. We reserve the
right to change applicable charges with out prior notice.
We even take care of your floral arrangements and reception setup and venue. Please inquire in advance for
quotations.
DJ Services:
Sri Lankan Music, Bila, Calypso, Western Dance party, Stand up Comedy and other entertainment available upon prior reservations
